The Beginning of the School Year can be a busy time and PTA is no exception. There are a few forms and reports that each PTA Unit is required to turn into Utah PTA via Givebacks or their Council/Region.
The Beginning of the Year Reports include:
- An Approved Budget with Minutes from the General Membership Meeting signed by the President and Secretary
- Signed by all Board Members, the Conflict of Interest Policy Form
- Signed by all Board Members, the Basic Fiscal Management Form
- Copy of Proof of Insurance
- Enter all Board members into Givebacks or turn in list to council/region treasurer
- At least 2 board members attend training and reported on Report on Training Form
