All PTA units are required to file three online reports each year.

Instructions for submitting unit reports

Log In to UtahPTA.org.

Click on the User icon in the top right corner and click My Account.

Click the Reports button next to your unit (see notes below for help with this step).

Click the Submit button under the report you want to submit.

Follow the instructions on the form and complete all the fields, then click Save.
Important Notes

If your unit does not appear in your PTA Units list, click the Add Unit button to link your PTA unit.

If your unit appears in your PTA Unit list but there is no Reports button, click Edit next to the unit name and select your PTA position. You must hold a PTA leadership position to submit reports.

If the Submit button is not showing on the Unit Reports page, then either the report is not open yet or the report has already been submitted for this unit. Check the Report Status field for more information. Click the View or Edit buttons to view or edit a report that has already been submitted.
