This resolution encourages Utahns, businesses, and other entities to take steps to reduce idling.

Highlighted Provisions: 

This resolution encourages Utahns, businesses, and other entities to take steps to reduce idling. Avoid idling around hospitals and schools for more than 10 seconds, place signs at schools and hospitals educating the public on the subject of idling more than 10 seconds uses more gas than restarting the engine.
