Mr. Drabner is a great teacher among many at Copper Hills Elementary School, but what my student likes most about his class is how fun it is to learn all of the core subjects, but especially science. Almost every day, my son comes home with new facts about marine biology, astronomy, geology, botany, zoology, human biology, and more. Mr. Drabner is also a keen observer and tries very hard to meet the learning needs of all students in his class. He has a very kind, calming influence and genuinely cares about more than just a student's academic development, encouraging healthy thought processes and feelings from them as well. Mr. Drabner also strives to maintain positive parent relationships and open communication, informing them regularly about class events and needs and sharing pictures of fun learning activities. We are glad to have such an awsesome Thunderbird Teacher like Mr. Drabner!
