Mrs. Summerhays has been a game-changer for my daughter this year. She has not enjoyed a lot of high school, feeling mostly alone and unnoticed -- in her words, "invisible." Mrs. Summerhays has a very happy demeanor, and creates a warm environment in her classroom. She has embraced my daughter this year, accepted and complemented her, and helped her feel happy at school. She is ending her high school career on a high note -- actually not wanting it to end -- in large part thanks to Mrs. Summerhays. I could not be more grateful for her influence!
