Ms. Turner goes beyond teaching in her standards of classroom excellence - like when she brought in some friends to teach the students coding at a kindergarten level. She made a class book about Blizzard the Yeti, the Glacier Hills Elementary mascot, and had the book published and bound so each family could have one. Ms. Turner created a class Christmas card and mailed one to every student's home address. She's well know for communicating with her student's parents, and they feel included and informed. Ms. Turner's extraordinary efforts deserve all recognition we can send her way!
