Mrs McGuire is a committed and capable public servant who is a dedicated full time 5th grade teacher at Taylor Elementary in Centerville, Utah. As her husband I am eye witness to the sacrifices that she makes daily to be a great teacher for her students. She doesn’t do this job for the money, for recognition, or for any other purpose…she does it for the kids and it shows in her terrific relationship and effectiveness with many of them. I am proud of her dedicated effort to help every student to be responsible, to learn, and to develop I healthy ways toward adolescence. She works many hours outside the required daily work-day. And she deals effectively with the challenges associated with public education. A superb community treasure and my personal favorite!!
