Mrs. Fairbourn is the glitter glue that holds Lakeside together. She has a seamless way of making everything run like clockwork; she finds a way to be in three places at once, multiple times a day, and never bats an eye. She is an advocate for students. There is not a student at Lakeside who has not felt the love, kindness, and genuine passion of Mrs. Fairbourn. Megan strives to do what is best for kids -- always considering how to better what she does to improve the ways in which students learn and achieve at our school. Her passion is contagious -- you can't help but want to work harder to be better because Mrs. Fairbourn is the epitome of doing just that -- working harder to be better. all. the. time.
