Mrs. Salyards is like a firecracker! She is colorful, vibrant, fun, and one of a kind. Mrs. Salyards has found a way to teach two grade levels at one time this year; doing so with grace, poise, and professionalism. The curriculum she teaches for both grades is very different; yet she finds ways to make each lesson, each topic, and each subject engaging and thought-provoking for her gifted learners. Her genuine joy and passion for education are infectious. She is a person you want to be around, learn from, and teach with. Mrs. Salyards, thank you for all you do. We are so lucky to have you at Lakeside!
