Three of my children have had Mrs. Loder as a teacher and she has been a phenomenal teacher every single year we've had her. She's always enthusiastic. She always has a smile on her face, and you can clearly see the genuine love she has for each of her students. During parent-teacher conferences, whenever she has to deliver negative news, she always sandwiches it between many, many compliments that feel heartfelt. Each of my children has been excited to go to school each day with her as their teacher and their performance in school reflects this. As amazing as all this is, she goes above and beyond by taking the time to send home notes, messages, and even personalized phone calls with no other intent, but to tell me something great my child did in class that day. I think she deserves a million dollars.
