Mrs. Pauole is a ray of pure sunshine. Her calming cheer fills the room (and hallways!) and let’s the students know they matter. A student only needs one teacher like this to let them know school is and important, and safe place to be. My children never got to have Mrs. Pauole as a teacher but I have had the opportunity to volunteer in her class and be around her for seven years and wish we had had her as one of our teachers—I’m just glad so many children do get to sit in her room and learn from her. I’m also glad to have the chance to make sure other people know how great she is!
