Miss Cope has incredible classroom management skills. She is able to communicate in clear, direct and loving terms with her first grade students. When correction is needed, she does so with so much respect and kindness to build the student up. I have loved volunteering in her classroom to see this all in action. She also communicates great with the parents. Through weekly update emails and photos uploaded to a private class Instagram account, you feel like you're a part of the class. She incorporates fun activities and ways to learn that make the class culture a great place to be.
