Máirseáil Dóchais is a composition I wrote about people fighting for the various causes they believe in. The title is in Irish and translates to "March of Hope." Measures 1-20 represent people marching peacefully down a street, many of them holding up signs and banners to show what they believe in. In measures 21-28 many people watching start to consider the beliefs and opinions of the marchers. In measures 29-50 the marchers still face challenges, but they continue to stay hopeful. I am hopeful because people are becoming more willing to fight for their ideas and accept new ones.
