This photo shows El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. The rock itself is about 100 million years old. However, the formation is much newer. Over those many years, this majestic cliff endured much to become what we see today. It has seen wind, rain, snow, fire, and earthquakes. This gives me hope; I know El Capitan had to go through so much to become what it is today. Whenever life is unbearable, El Capitan reminds me to keep going. El Capitan experienced millions of years of adversity, but now it is one of the most amazing formations in the world.
