The color blue symbolizes loyalty, and red symbolizes pride. When combined together into purple, to me they symbolize a loyal pride or hope in who I am.
While creating this piece, I felt hope. Hope that everything will be ok. Hope that people will accept others. Hope that wars will stop and that we can all live harmoniously.
I alone created this piece. The movement was me. Nobody else. I was able to be vulnerable because I had hope others would accept me. I hope we can all learn to be true to ourselves and accepting of others, no matter what.
