Every day I see examples of hope in the hallways of my high school. In my poem, I wanted to capture the stories and faces of individuals that inspire me to keep going amidst adversity, trials, and tribulations. Our school is diverse and many of us experience challenges that kids our age shouldn't have to go through. I have hope because I find strength in the examples of my resilient peers, teachers, and administrators that work to unify us and show us that no matter where we are from or what we have gone through we can succeed.
