I am hopeful because of helping hands. This means we can give hope to others when we use our hands to serve. When we do good with our hands it can make us happier too. We all need help sometimes. I made this video with a camera phone and computer. I learned how to edit and add free music . I used a tripod or held the phone. I filmed this at the Utah Food Bank and at my house.
