As a result of proposed changes by the Utah PTA Board of Directors to structure of Utah PTA, new Utah PTA Bylaws will be presented at the Fall Advocacy Conference. The attached bylaws will be presented. They are currently labeled Restructure Utah PTA Bylaws. If approved, they will replace the current Utah PTA Bylaws. Because the bylaws are part of restructuring - meaning there will be a new composition of the Utah PTA Board of Directors - there is not a "side by side" comparison. They will be new bylaws.
