General Description: 

This bill enacts the Child Care Capacity Expansion Act.

Highlighted Provisions: 

Creates a Child Care Capacity Expansion Act. This will allow unused state buildings to be repurposed for as child care facilities. Private employers would then be able to lease these facilities to provide subsidized child care to their employees
