This bill amends provisions related to the Education Innovation Program.

Highlighted Provisions: 

This bill:
▸ extends the sunset date of the Education Innovation Program (takes out the reference to 2027); Education Innovation Program, is repealed July 1, [2027] 2029.
▸ provides that grant money appropriated to the State Board of Education under the Education Innovation Program is nonlapsing"
