Ms. Cress is one of those amazing teachers that you want every kid to have at some point in school. Both of my kids had Ms. Cress while at Hillcrest. She is down to earth and very frank with her students. She is fiercely protective of her students, making sure they are receiving all the support they need to be successful. When the pandemic hit, Ms. Cress continued to do what she does best which is give her all to her students and make sure they were continuing to learn. She was the only teacher that had weekly zoom check in and she came to our house a few times to offer incentives to my daughter to keep her going when they knew they were not going back to school for the school year. I absolutely know that Ms. Cress is the reason why my daughter flourished in High School. She is the best and we are so thankful she was in our corner. Thank you Ms. Cress!
