General Description: 

This bill addresses search warrants and investigative warrants relating to child welfare.

Highlighted Provisions:

welfare of a child;

This bill will help keep children safe because it provides a mechanism for law enforcement or child welfare caseworkers to access and assess a child or their environment when there's probable cause to believe the child may be in danger and other legal means of intervention have failed or been obstructed.
