   This bill amends provisions regarding offenses committed by minors on school property, including requiring a referral to the Division of Juvenile Justice Services if a minor refuses to participate in an evidence-based intervention;

It also specifies that a child may not be confined  in a jail, lockup, or used for an adult who is charged with a crime; or in a secure facility operated by the division.

Prohibit the incarceration of youth in adult facilities.
