Basic Fiscal Management : Ethics/Conflict of Interest Forms

The Basic Fiscal Management Procedures forms and signature page along with the Ethics/Conflict of Interest Policy forms and signature page need to be signed and submitted each year.  

They can be found in section 5 of the President Handbook and in Appendix 2 of the Treasurer Handbook.
