This announcement leaves the positions of Community Engagement and Family Life Commissioners open. According to the Utah PTA Bylaws, Article X: Officers, Directors, Officers and Representatives, section 11 Vacancies: d. A vacancy in any other office or position of director, commissioner, or representative shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term by a person nominated by the committee of nominations of the Utah PTA Board of Directors… Shall require the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of the Utah PTA Board of Directors present at the meeting.
The positions of Community Engagement and Family Life are now open for a one year term.
The position of Area Director 1 remains open and can be applied for through the same application as Community Engagement and Family Life Commissioner.
