What is new with JBF?

It’s that time of year, again!  At Just Between Friends, they understand that back-to-school is an exciting yet hectic time for many families.  That’s why they’ve spent most of the summer developing new tools and enhancements to help you organize your family’s activities.  Take a look at what they've got.  Remember, your JBF account is private and secure!    
 
Expanded calendar – So many parents have asked for this!  You can post personal items to the calendar.  Plus, if your school, PTA, leagues or other groups use JBF, their events and deadlines will be automatically posted to the calendar.  Now, at a glance, you know what’s going on with family members in your household.  Log into your account and click on the 2nd button to access your calendar.  
 
Customizable directory – No more looking for different directories to find people.  With our customizable directory, you can keep your school rosters, team rosters and personal contacts all in one place.  Parents told us they’re tired of asking, “Where’s that directory?”  Now, all your contacts are easily accessible in one place.  Log into your account and click on the 1st button to access your directory.  
 
Circles – All of us have circles of friends, family members, club members, people who help us with our children . . . you get the idea.  Now, you can create Circles in JBF.  When people accept your invitation to join your Circle, you’ll be able to communicate with them and even share your calendar.  Create as many Circles as you’d like. It’s the easy way to keep in touch and share information!  Log into your account and click on the 1st button to create Circles and invite people.  
 
m.JBFnow.com – Whoo-hoo!  Now, you can access your private secure JBF account via your web-enabled smart phone.  Log into your account and click on the 4th button, then click on “What’s new in JBF Labs?”  Here you’ll learn more about m.JBFnow.com plus some other cool things we’re working on.

JBF- Use Just Between Friends to Communicate & Manage

Just Between Friends is the official PTA communications and membership management system.  The online system was developed to help PTAs efficiently communicate with their entire school community; earn money for their unit; and manage membership.  The system also helps parents to manage their hectic lives.

Benefits to PTA Units

  • By using the system, units can easily perform all the functions necessary to manage and grow their PTA unit while earning money from Just Between Friends family-friendly sponsors.
  • Leaders responsible for communications will streamline their tasks with automatic reminders and the ability to attach documents to their emails.
  • Membership Chairs will spend less time: entering members, creating directories, printing membership rosters, and printing membership cards.
