Eligibility
This contest is open to all students attending a PTA school in Utah. All entries must be the work of one student.
Entry Limit
Students may enter multiple designs. There is no limit to the number of entries allowed per student, but each entry must be unique. Do not enter multiple entries with only slight changes.
Entry Deadline
Entries must be submitted to Utah PTA no later than 11 P.M. on March 1st, 2024.
Requirements
Logo designs should contain:
Logo representing Reflections Theme for 2024-2025 theme “Accepting Imperfection”
Art should encourage students entering the Reflections contest to interpret the theme, but should avoid depicting ways to interpret the theme.
Please use a white background behind logo.
Logo may include the words for the theme, but does not have to include the words.
If submitting using a student account, download the Reflections Logo Contest Permission Form. Print it and have your parent sign it and then upload the signed permission form when you submit your entry.
Media
Any mixed media suitable for reproduction is allowed, including computer-generated graphics. All logos must be two-dimensional and contain only original artwork. No trademarked or copyrighted content should be used, with the exception of the National PTA Reflections logos and 2024-2025 Reflections theme.

Submit a Reflections Theme Logo
Submission Format
Digital designs should be submitted as a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF. If submitting a traditional painting or drawing, it should be scanned and uploaded as a JPG, JPEG, PDF, or PNG. Save all images in high resolution.
Winners
Up to three winners will be chosen by a panel of judges and announced by March 30th, 2024. All winners will be notified by email or phone.
The first place winning logo design will be used by Utah PTA for the Reflections program.
The winning logo designs may be displayed by Utah PTA, reproduced on the official Utah PTA website, and on Utah PTA social media channels at the sole discretion of Utah PTA. Utah PTA will assume full ownership of the content and may distribute the design and use the design in derivative works.
Utah PTA reserves the right to not select any of the entrants as winners in the yearly logo contest.
Prizes:
The 1st place winner of the 2024-2025 Utah Reflections Theme logo design contest will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and a poster of his/her artwork.
2nd place- $30 Amazon gift card
3rd place-$20 Amazon gift card
Rights
All winning entries become the property of Utah PTA.
Except as used by Utah PTA, all artists, including the winner, will retain the rights to their work. Entry in the contest constitutes full permission to publish names and photos of winners without further notice or compensation. The determination of eligibility of entries and any interpretation of these rules is at the sole discretion of Utah PTA, and shall be final and binding upon all entrants.
By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these rules.
