National Reflections Registration
National registration is for local, council, and region Reflections chairs. Please complete registration by November 1st. A confirmation screen will appear at the end of registration. You will not receive a confirmation email. National registration is not connected or related to becoming an admin on Utah Reflections Online.

Enter your Name and Email**This should be the Reflections Specialist's Info**, Official PTA Name, and your PTA’s 8-digit ID number. (Lookup available)
Enter City, State, Choose Program Level
Enter your School Name, School Type, School Size (range), Title I Status (Y/N), Percent of students who receive free/reduced priced lunches and percent student ethnic breakdown (This information can usually be gathered from your school secretary or make your best guess, it is not required.)
