EXHIBITOR VENDOR APLICATION
THE VENDOR APPLICATION FOR THE 2017 UTAH PTA JUNE LEADERSHIP CONVENTION
Utah PTA is excited to offer vendor space at our Leadership Training Convention on June 8th and 9th, 2017 at Murray High School, 5440 State St, Murray, UT 84107 (PLEASE NOTE the new venue and dates of Conference.)
Attendance at the convention is usually around 1100 or more attendees allowing vendors the opporunity to reach many areas and PTA Schools across the state.
Booth Applications are due to the Utah PTA office by Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Payment must be included to secure the booth. A Late fee of $100 will be assessed for applications received after May 17, 2017. Until you receive confirmation from Utah PTA, your space is not guaranteed.
Booth set up will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The exhibitors area will not be ready for set up before 1:00 p.m.
Please read the attached Application fully and return the application and fee to Utah PTA.
