Utah PTA Sponsorship Program

The Utah Parent Teacher Association is now in its 96th year in the state of Utah. As the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in the state, Utah PTA has a long tradition of providing educational programs, projects and services to the more than 50,000 members who advocate for and are deeply concerned for the education, health, safety and welfare of the children of Utah.

Every day, we are witnesses to the great need of our public education teachers and administrators to help the children of Utah receive the very best education possible. This past year our volunteers donated more than 1 million hours to children and assisting teachers in 675 schools throughout the state.

We would like to invite all business and community organizations to join this important effort and become active in promoting and improving the education of our children. They are Utah’s future and will be preparing for their entry into Utah’s work force in the next several years. Their success today in school will have a direct effect on Utah’s businesses and economy tomorrow, as they are the next generation of leaders and workers.

We have established a Sponsorship program that allows organizations to make a donation toward the education of Utah’s children that will provide much needed additional support that is not currently available through the reduction of local education budgets. Programs such as the Arts, Physical Education, and others have been drastically reduced. Teachers rely more and more on volunteer support to assist in mentoring and training programs for their students.

The Utah PTA Board of Directors, asks for your support in this endeavor. Together we will provide Utah students with educational opportunities that will assist them in reaching their full potential so that they are ready for tomorrows challenges and opportunities.

ONLINE SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

As a Sponsor or Partner with Utah PTA, your company is eligible for either one or two booth spaces at our Annual Leadership Convention, depending on your level of donation, at no cost. These arrangements will be made by the Leadership Convention Exhibitor Coordinator. All other merchandise handling, shipping, electrical and miscellaneous costs/fees (excepting on-site lunches) are set and collected by DCC (Davis Conference Center). If additional booth space is desired, there are additional costs that will be assessed by Utah PTA in addition to your Sponsor/Partner donation. Registration and payment for lunches (provided by DCC) are collected by Utah PTA.
